Money Making Hunter OSRS: Recommendations 

Hunter is a non-combat skill, but that doesn’t mean you can’t receive any damage while training. Indeed, you receive damage while hunting, so you must tread carefully while doing any OSRS money making Hunter activities. You can practice this skill in various locations throughout the game, but one of the beginner spots is Feldip Hills.

To get this outfit, you will get a 1/50 drop chance from any tier of Hunters’ Loot Sacks after completing Hunters’ Rumors. 
• Butterfly Net: The perfect tool to catch Butterflies, Moths, and Implings. It’s merely for the Hunter skill, but you can get a magic variation that will increase your chances by 7.8% of capturing Butterflies, Implings, or Bats. You will need Hunter level 17 to use this tool. 
• Impling Jar: This is a Butterfly Jar but with Imp Repellent inside. You can catch Implings with this jar, but it will exclusively be for them; you can’t use it to place Butterflies in the jar. Luckily, you can get a donation of 7 Implings Jar from Elnock Inquisitor by simply asking him for some spare equipment. 
• Hunter’s Spears: This is a throwing weapon designed for hunting; however, you will require Ranged level 55 and Strength level 30 to equip it. You can craft it using Jerboa Tails, a Teak Log, and five Hunter Spear Tips. This spear will increase your chances by 5%, successfully teasing creatures you hunted with Pitfall Traps. 
• Box Traps: as the name refers, it’s a trap you can use to catch different animals during OSRS Hunter Money Making. You will use this Box Trap starting from Hunter level 27 for Ferrets and up to level 73 for the Black Chinchompa. You can buy this trap from the Hunter Stores. 

Hunter Money Making Methods OSRS

Once you go after your goal of leveling and using the Hunter skill to generate a profit, you will find some alternatives for different levels that can give you decent earnings per hour. Let’s see what are the Best OSRS Hunter money making methods: 

Carnivorous Chinchompas

For this method, you will require Hunter level 63 or more, though we recommend having level 80. Moreover, you will need to complete Eagle’s Peak to learn how to use a Box Trap, and it would be great if you complete the hard task in the Western Provinces Diary. Another thing you should have is a Bow, but this one is optional. 

This is a great way to level up Ranged, but using this method for OSRS Hunter money making will give you a profit between 537K and 604K per hour, depending on how many Carnivorous Chinchompas you can catch. On average, you can expect to get 400 or 450 per hour; with a higher level, you can catch up to 560 Carnivorous Chinchompas, significantly increasing your gold rates. The best place to catch them is in the Gweninth Hunter Area; you can unlock this location after completing the Song of Elves quest, then follow the Red Chinchompa Hunting Ground, which becomes available after completing the hard task in the Western Provinces Diary. 

Sunlight Antelopes

Before you can even try to go after these Antelopes, you must meet the following requirements: 

• 72 Hunter
• 43 Prayer (For Protect From Melee, but it’s optional)
• 54 Magic (To use Civitas Illa Fortis Teleport)
• Hunter’s Spears or Teasing Stick
• Knife 
• Cheap Logs
• Guild Hunter Outfit or Weight-Reducing Clothing
• Large Fur Pouch or Large Meat Pouch
• Stamina Potion or Super Energy Potion

After securing all the equipment, you can find these Sunlight Antelopes in the Avium Savannah, east of the Locus Oasis. You will obtain a profit of around 681K gold per hour by hunting them since you will get the fur, the meat, the antler, and the Sunfire Splinters. The average hunting for the Sunlight Antelopes is about 150 per hour. 

Black Chinchompas

For this kind of Chinchompas, you will have different requirements, but it will be worth your time since you can catch around 300 to 350 Black Chinchompas per hour. You can expect a profit of at least 927K gold per hour, and you don’t need to invest a substantial amount of your savings to catch these animals. The items you will need for this are the following: 

• 80 Hunter or more
• 43 Prayer or more
• 70 Defense or more (for Protection Prayers and Barrows armor)
• 6 Box traps
• Completion of Eagles' Peak, Monkey Madness II for Royal Seed Pod (if choosing not to use Amulet of Glory or Ring of Wealth, but this is optional)
• Spare Box Traps
• Steel Darts
• Protective Shield
• Ava's Device
• 3-items Tanking and/or Ranged gear for mid-to-high-level players
• Assorted flowers or other fun weapon to escape PKers (optional)
• Amulet of Glory, Ring of Wealth, or Royal Seed Pod
• Saradomin brews and/or some food
• Prayer potion or Super restore (optional)
• Super energy or Stamina potion (optional)

An excellent way to know where they respawn is to kill one upon your arrival so you ensure the traps work properly and they are set accordingly to surround the spot. With this OSRS Hunter money making method, you must use tanking gear like Dinh’s Bulwark and Karil’s Armor because it will provide you with huge defensive bonuses while running from the PKers. You can also use Protect from Magic since most player killers will attack you with Magic. Also, it’s recommended to use Protect items as well. 

Implings

This will be the most profitable Hunter OSRS money making method, and you will only need to catch two Implings per hour to generate decent earnings. The requirements to catch these animals are long but rewarding once you can go after them. Here’s the list: 

• 83 Hunter
• 60 Thieving (for avoiding Imp defenders)
• Decent Strength and Agility recommended
• 50 Magic (optional for casting Snare or Dark Lure)
• Either Guild Hunter Outfit for improved catch rates or Weight-reducing clothing for reduced run energy usage
• Magic Butterfly net
• Dramen or Lunar Staff (unless elite Lumbridge & Draynor Diary is completed)
• 9 Impling jars
• 1-2 Stamina potions
• Runes to cast Snare or Dark Lure on Rare Implings (optional)
• Completion of Lost City and A Kingdom Divided (optional for using Dark Lure)

This OSRS Hunter money making method is difficult since you will need a good day of hunting down Implings to earn gold. You will have two options to catch the Implings: throughout Gielinor, but they are extremely rare yet valuable, and the Dragon Impling at Impetuous Impulses. Another way to catch Impling is by traveling to Puro-Puro, their home plane. You must travel to Lumbridge Swamp and enter the Lost City shed with a Dramen or a Lunar Staff. Upon your arrival, you must then head to the crop circle to access Puro-Puro. Furthermore, you will start in the southeast or northwest corner. We recommend having nine jars so you can trade them for an inventory full of jars. You can generate almost 500K gold per Impling you catch, so your expected earnings are between 491K and 1.9 million gold per hour, depending on if you catch 1 to 4 Implings per hour.

• Cooking Gauntlets: You can obtain this pair of gloves by completing the Family Crest quest. The Cooking Gauntlets will decrease your possibility of burning Lobsters, Swordfish, Monkfish, Sharks, and Anglerfish when you cook them.

OSRS Cooking Money Making Guide

There are a wide variety of ways to make a profit from Cooking. Still, some are better than others when talking about time efficiency and the reward you get from doing it, so it’s essential to find the best money making method: 

1-Tick Cooking Karambwans

Tick manipulation is an excellent method for leveling up and profiting from Karambwans, but you must first complete the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest. Moreover, the required Cooking level is relatively high since you will need at least level 80 to use this method. We recommend you have a bank nearby to go to when your inventory is full. The best location to make this OSRS Cooking money making method is Hosidius Kitchen, but you must complete 100% Hosidius Favor to use it. This location is exceptional for the low fluency of players.

For this method, you must go to a corner of the stove with your inventory; the closer your inventory is to the furnace, the better. While holding the ‘2’ key on your keyboard, you will click on the Karambwans and place it in the oven. This can lead to one Karambwans cooked per tick, giving you XP and a profit of around 800K gold per hour. 

Pineapple Pizzas

This method has one simple requirement: you must have at least Cooking level 65. You can create Pineapple pizzas by placing a Plain Pizza and adding Pineapple Rings in the bank tab. You must set the quantity to 14, then withdraw your items and put the topping onto the pizzas. Once you finish, bank and repeat. With enough concentration, you can produce around 2,500 Pineapple Pizzas per hour, with a profit of 632K gold per hour. Of course, you can minimize the expected spending by buying the whole Pineapple and cutting it to get 4 Pineapple Rings. 

Plain Pizzas

One Cooking OSRS money making method for F2P that will generate a decent profit is creating and cooking Plain Pizzas. To make the pizzas, you will need the following items: 

• 65 Cooking
• Pizza Base
• Tomato 
• Cheese

You will spend about 166K gold on these items, but you will get almost double the gold in return. To cook the pizzas, combine the Pizza Base with the Tomato first and then add the Cheese at the end. You will make 9 Uncooked Pizzas per batch since it only holds 9 of each ingredient. You can produce 540 Uncooked Pizzas in half an hour, but the other half an hour you will spend cooking them, or you can spend the whole hour making 1,100 Uncooked Pizzas and then cook them. The earning expected from this method is 152K gold per hour.

OSRS Cooking Money Making: Tuna Potatoes

Since Tuna Potatoes are the highest-healing food in the game, it’s a great way to make a profit. Moreover, this food is a great alternative to fish, and it’s cheap to buy, so the demand for it is still growing. You will require the following items: 

• 68 Cooking
• Tuna and Corn
• Potato with Butter 

To do this, using the Cooking OSRS money making method, you must buy or obtain an equal number of each item; you should expect to cook around 2,000 Tuna Potatoes per hour, so that should be your number. To cook this dish, you must withdraw 14 Tuna and Corn and 14 Potatoes with Butter; use one on the other to create the Tuna Potatoes. Be careful not to eat while you are making them. However, you can expect to see a pop-up menu that will let you create the 14 Tuna Potatoes in 20 seconds. The expected profit from this method is around 1.1 Million gold per hour. 

Raw Wild Pies

This is your recipe if you want to train Cooking and Magic simultaneously. For this method, you will require the following items and skills: 

• 85 Cooking 
• Pie Shell 
• Raw Bear Meat 
• Raw Rabbit
• Raw Chompy

Before you get into this method, you will find a buying limit for each item; you can only buy 13,000 of each per four hours, so you must be aware of this. You must expect to create 740 pies per hour; in this case, you should buy 740 of each item. To make the pies, add the Raw Bear Meat first, then Raw Chompy and the Raw Rabbit at the end; always follow this order. The best method to do the pies is to add the Raw Bear Meat to the Pie Shells 14 at the time; you will create Part Wild Pies. Once you fill your bank with those Part Wild Pies, it’s time to add the Raw Chompy to each, and then start from the top to add the Raw Rabbit to finish the Raw Wild Pies process. When you sell them at the Grand Exchange, you will expect a profit of about 1.05 million gold per hour. 

Anchovy Pizza

If you are a F2P player, you can access this OSRS Cooking money making option instead of Pineapple. This is the highest-healing food for F2P, and it’s widely used during combats and quests. It’s a great way to make a profit since the only things you will need are Plain Pizzas and Anchovies; moreover, you will get a decent amount of XP along the way. You will need 14 Anchovies and 14 Plain Pizzas from the bank. You must add the Anchovies to the Plain Pizzas to create the Anchovy Pizza; you will go faster thanks to the pop-up to make all, and you can make 14 pizzas in about 20 seconds. For the profit, you can expect about 200K gold per hour.

However, to access certain ores, you will need a high level of Smithing to be able to use a furnace. • Ice Gloves: You can obtain the Ice Gloves by killing the Ice Queen, who is located on top of White Wolf Mountain. These gloves accelerate your process using the Blast Furnace, keeping your hands cold to extract the ores and bars. However, you don’t need to start Heroes’ Quest to obtain the Ice Gloves, and you can get another pair every time you require them. 
• Smiths Gloves (i): A piece of the Smiths’ Uniform set that you can combine with Ice Gloves. Using the Smiths Gloves will give you a 20% chance of speeding up a smithing action at an anvil, translating to 1 tick.
• Goldsmithing Gauntlets: These gloves would be a great addition if you want to gain more XP with gold ores while smelting them into gold bars. You can expect an increase of about 2.5 times XP. You can obtain the Goldsmithing Gauntlets by bringing a pair of Magical Steel Gauntlets and 25,000 coins to Avan in Al Kharid Mine.
• Coal Bag: Coal bags can be an obvious option for OSRS Smithing money making but are also essential items to carry. You can obtain the Coal Bag from Prospector Percy’s Nugget Shop for 100 golden nuggets. The primary use is to hold up to 27 pieces of Coal, but you can increase the amount of coal by up to 36 if you own a Smithing Cape.
• Bucket of Water: A simple bucket you can fill with water. It’s helpful while using Smithing and smelting because you can use it to cool the metal bars when you take down the furnace. If you don’t have Ice Gloves, this is a great alternative. 

Money Making Smithing OSRS Guide

The high profit you will get from Smithing is gained by smelting high-level ores using the Blast Furnace. You are required to be a Member to access the Blast Furnace since this is a minigame found in Keldagrim. By using a Blast Furnace during your OSRS Smithing money making adventure, you can expect to use half of the coal you usually put in a normal furnace when smelting. Still, there are more ways to make a profit from Smithing, so let’s see what are the most popular: 

Smelting Iron Bars (Blast Furnace) 

A great way to enter the money making Smithing in OSRS is by Iron ore. You will need Smithing level 15, but it’s recommended to have at least level 60 to avoid the entrance fee for the Blast Furnace. The items you will need to go through this process are: 

• Iron ore
• Coal
• Weight-reducing Clothing
• Coal Bag
• Bucket of Water or Ice Gloves
• Energy potion or Stamina potion (optional)
• 72,000 coins

With moderate attention, you can produce around 5,700 to 6,000 Iron bars per hour, which means you will expect a profit from 329K to 355K coins per hour. For the process, you must place the iron ore on the conveyor belt first, then put the Coal you have in your Coal Bag. You must use Ice Gloves or a Bucket of Water to get your Iron Bars. Since you will need to pay a furnace fee of 1,200 per minute, you must deposit the 72,000 coins in the coffer to use the furnace. 

Smelting Steel Bars (Blast Furnace)

The most important aspect of this OSRS Smithing money making method is to have access to a world with Blast Furnace and Smithing level 30; however, we recommend you to have at least level 60 because, on levels lower than that, you will pay an entrance fee for using the Blast Furnace. The items you will need are as follows:

• Iron ore 
• Coal
• Weight-reducing Clothing
• Coal Bag
• Bucket of Water or Ice Gloves
• Energy potion or Stamina potion (optional)
• 72,000 coins

With this OSRS Smithing money making method, you can expect production of between 3,000 and 5,4000 Steel Bars per hour, with moderate effort. You have to deposit the coins into the coffer to use the Blast Furnace operated by the Dwarves. Every minute, you will automatically receive a charge of 1,200 coins. After that, you must place the coal on the conveyor belt so you don’t create iron bars. On your second run, put the iron ore on the conveyor belt first, and then use all the coal in your coal bag by clicking on it if you have the ice gloves or if you are dousing it while using a bucket of water. The last thing to do is to collect the bars. The profit you will get is around 271K to 611K coins per hour, depending on the bars made. 

Smelting Mithril Bars (Blast Furnace)

To smith Mithril Bars, you will require at least level 50 Smithing, but we recommend level 60 in a world with Blast Furnace if you would rather not pay the fee. Still, you will need some coins to stay there for an hour. Here are the items list you will need to use this money making Smithing OSRS method:

• Mithril ore
• Coal
• Weight-reducing Clothing
• Coal Bag
• Bucket of Water or Ice Gloves
• Energy potion or Stamina potion (optional)
• 72,000 coins

The process is similar to most of the Blast Furnace ore, so if you pay the fee, you will expect to have 1,200 coins deducted from your deposit in the coffer. First, you must place the Mithril ore on the conveyor belt, empty your coal bag, and deposit all after the ores. You must do a trip for only coal, and when you return, you will get your first batch of bars, you can use your Ice Gloves or a Bucket of Water to collect the bars from the furnace. The profit from this will vary depending on if you produce between 3,300 and 3,600 bars per hour, but the earnings are 633K to 705K coins per hour. 

Smelting Adamantite Bars (Blast Furnace)

This OSRS Smithing money making method requires level 70 in Smithing and access to a world with a Blast Furnace. Each bar of Adamantite is worth 1,767 coins, and with some moderate attention, you can produce between 2,400 to 2,700 bars per hour. Moreover, the items you will need are similar to previous methods but with a little twist. So let’s see what you need: 

• Adamantite ore
• Coal
• Weight-reducing Clothing
• Coal Bag
• Bucket of Water or Ice Gloves
• Energy potion or Stamina potion (optional)

You don’t need to pay an entrance fee to the Blast Furnace at level 70, but you will still need to deposit the Coffer of at least 72,000 coins per hour. You must first place the Adamantite ore on the conveyor belt and then put the coal in your coal bag. We recommend you make two trips for coal after you place the first batch, and when you come from your second trip, retrieve your bars using the Ice Glove or a Bucket of Water. The profit for this method is about 425K to 498K coins per hour, depending on your efficiency. 

Smelting Runite Bars (Blast Furnace)

This is the Best Smithing OSRS money making method because you use the game's most profitable ore. The process is similar, as are the items to other methods, but you will need at least level 85 Smithing to smelt Runite ores. You will need the following items: 

• Runite ore
• Coal
• Weight-reducing Clothing
• Coal Bag
• Bucket of Water or Ice Gloves
• Energy potion or Stamina potion (optional)

Since you are at a high level of Smithing, you won’t pay an entrance fee for the Blast Furnace, but you must pay the furnace fee, that is, at least 72,000 coins per hour. You can expect to produce 1,850 to 2,150 bars per hour, but that will be enough to earn about 790K to 944K coins per hour. You will start by placing the Runite ore on the conveyor belt, then empty your Coal bag to put the coal. For this ore, you will need to make three trips for coal after you initiate the process, and when you come back from the third trip, you will need to retrieve the Runite bars with the Ice Glove or a Bucket of Water.  

Smithing Cannonballs

Outside the smelting spectrum, you can still make some profit from Smithing. For this OSRS Smithing money making method, you will need at least Smithing level 35 and completion of Dwarf Cannon. The requirements for this method are low, so you can expect to produce between 2,160 to 2,400 cannonballs per hour, but with higher levels, depending on the furnace you choose, you can duplicate this amount and produce between 4,320 and 4,800. You can use the Shilo Village furnace since it’s the closest to a bank to make the process smooth. Here’s the list of items to produce the cannonballs: 

• Ammo Mould 
• Steel Bars
• Double Ammo Mould 
• Completion of Dwarf Cannon, Song of the Elves, Shilo Village, and Sleeping Village Quest. 

Earnings can range from 116 K to 258K coins per hour, depending on the efficiency and the number of cannonballs produced. 

Smithing Rune Items

Although it’s not the most profitable method in OSRS Smithing money making, it's still an alternative for those who don’t like using the Blast Furnace. The first thing you will need to do is reach Smithing level 99; outside of that, the only item you will require is a hammer. It’s important to note you must invest around 30 million coins to proceed with the method, and we recommend having a Smiths’ Uniform.

This method requires you to use Runite Bars to craft Rune 2h Swords, Rune Platelegs, or Rune Plateskirts. These items are in high demand because they require high-level alchemy, but they require little effort to make, so you can make a decent profit from them.
