The black partyhat is a seasonal tradeable item first released during 2023 Christmas event. It is a reward from Christmas Village and is planned to be a recurring reward in future years. One black partyhat is found next to Clementine. Players may attempt to wear or take it for some dialogue. Even though this object is technically an item, Telekinetic Grab can't be cast on it.
